34067 Tangmere with The
Settle & Carlisle Steam Special
(The Northern Belle)
16th September 2023
(Carnforth - Shap - Carlisle - Appleby - Settle - Hellifield - Blackburn - Preston)
The train is seen on climb to Shap from Birkbeck Viaduct on the West Coast Mainline
and then at Helm on the S&C.
The trip started at Liverpool Lime Street with 57601 and 57313.
Steam came on at Carnforth and came off at Preston where the train reversed to head back to Liverpool with the two diesels.
57313 was on the rear during the steam hauled part of the tour.
